Enticing FSU Cowgirls
Here’s how the FSU Cowgirls rose to national acclaim: On September 5, 2005, during a Florida State home football game versus the Miami Hurricanes, ABC televised a shot of scantily-clad FSU co-eds Jenn Sterger Fabiola Romero, replete with cowboy hats. ABC sportscaster Brent Musburger commented, “Fifteen thousand red-blooded Americans just decided to apply to Florida State.”
After the broadcast the FSU Cowgirls, as they call themselves, quickly became the focus of internet attention.
